Nothing changes if nothing changes.
If we continue to do the same things and make no effort to change, then it is inevitable that we will see no difference in the outcomes.
In order to see progress and growth in our lives, we must be willing to step out of our comfort zones and make changes. It is only through taking action and making changes that we can expect to see any real difference in our circumstances.
So, remember that nothing changes if nothing changes, and be open to embracing change and new opportunities for growth and improvement. Sometimes, what seems like the easier option (don't change anything, stay resentful, suffer) is really the more difficult option.
Like when you know you will feel better if you just get out of bed, go wash your face, and do something -- but you stay in bed because it is less effort, and you feel like crap and beat yourself up about it.
In your life, you need to "get out of bed" and take the few tough steps to making yourself focus on accomplishing steps that you know will make you feel better.
