Step 1: Initial Consultation – Where Are You Now?

Before we can move forward, we need to assess where you are currently. Just as we thought we are going on an adventure across the country, coaching is the same. We go on an adventure together to explore your current skills, strengths, and areas for improvement. By understanding your starting point, we can create a personalized coaching plan that will help you reach your goals and navigate any obstacles along the way. Understanding your pace as well, maintaining a level of comfort and safety (a typical reason for goals not being met) moving forward to keep uncertainty out of the picture.


In our first session, we will:

  • Define and get clear on what success looks like for you and what you truly want to achieve.


Coaching is a safe space where you can openly express what you’ve been struggling with and gain new perspectives. No notes are maintain so they are not subpoenaed or on your medical information chart.
