Every participant downloads the PQ app, the app contains:

  • The Daily Focus:
    • One two-minute video is uploaded to introduce the focus of the day. (energizing insights based on your unique saboteur assessment results)
    • Three two-minute guided "PQ reps" exercises released throughout the day.
    • One journal exercise released at the end of each day (with short reflection questions).
  • The PQ Gym: contains twelve PQ reps exercises of different lengths and different focuses for anyone who wishes to do more PQ rep practice; the Daily Focus.

Each day a different focus for daily practice is assigned through a personalized companion app available exclusively to those that enroll in this program.

Each day the practice will build one small muscle at a time, laying down new neural pathways to form lasting positive habits in your mind. The cumulative impact of the program’s end is substantial.

The Gym inside the App provides different reps and lengths to strengthen your Self-Command muscle throughout the day.

The App also tracks your daily progress against minimum targets associated with new neural pathway (muscle) formation. In addition, personalized daily coaching tips from Shirzad continue to encourage and challenge you to keep going; at the end of the day, you can capture your daily reflections.

Each week broken down:

WEEK 0: Orientation! Start the first week strong, meet your pod, create your WHY (be super clear what you want to work on), take the assessment (if you haven't), block out time for the following weeks to ensure the best possible outcome. 
WEEK 1: Increase your self-command, shifting from your thoughts being in control over you to you being in control of your thoughts.

This enables YOU to rule your own brain rather than being run by your Saboteur-hijacked mind. Self-command is key to intercepting unhelpful mental habits and rewiring your brain to respond more effectively.

WEEK 2: Become aware and intercept your inner Judge Saboteur

Label, identify, intercept, and weaken the most damaging Saboteur: your internal Judge. You begin to see how judging yourself, others, and your circumstances is a key source of your stress — and how damaging it is to your relationships with yourself, life, and other people. Most clients discover their Judge is far more prevalent — and harmful — than they suspected.

WEEK 3: Become aware and intercept your accomplice saboteurs

You'll know by now who your top accomplice saboteurs are via an assessment and see how they create drama and disconnect in your relationships. Examples: Avoider, Controller, Hyper-Achiever, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Vigilant, Pleaser, Restless, Stickler, Victim.

WEEK 4: This is a big week. You'll shift from Saboteur thinking to Sage thinking.

This is your inner leader, superhero, the antidote to your Saboteurs. Your Sage lives in an entirely different part of your brain and generates positive emotions and empathy for yourself and others through a calm and clear mind.

WEEK 5: The Sage Power Empathize

The foundation to a happy life, feeling grounded, and the ability to have a healthy relationship with others first requires a healthy relationship with self, then life. When these are formed (healthy and strong), we can have healthy relationships with others. Therefore, we will focus on the greatest sage power of empathy.

WEEK 6: Uplevel and Boost your Sage Powers

Several exercises this week strengthen your ability to tap into the region of the brain we call the "Sage". We will cover five powers combined to form all of the emotional intelligence that will completely change how you communicate, feel, and behave and change your perspective of how relationships are actually easy.

WEEK 7: Discovery and clear laser-focused action, also Work and Life Applications
In our final week, we will tap into "Keeping the end in mind". This is discovering your older, wiser self through a visualization plus your commitment to moving forward powerfully.
