Our perception is the reality we live in each day, therefore we should be very careful about the perceptions we hold!

perception or thoughts create your feelings

Our perception (all thought) shapes the way we experience the world around us on a daily basis, directly effecting our emotions, nervous system and actions.

It is important to recognize that our perception (thoughts) is not always an accurate reflection of reality, as it can be influenced by our past experiences, beliefs, and biases. By being more conscious of the perceptions (thoughts, beliefs, blind spots) we hold, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and others, and make more informed decisions in our lives. Truthfully act from our values, morals and principles.

Ultimately, our thoughts are what shape our reality, so it is essential to approach it with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to challenge and expand our perspectives.
