When you rely on external sources for confidence, happiness, or any other feeling, you're not only a rat on a wheel; you run the risk of losing touch with your true self.


It's important to recognize that there is nothing inherently wrong with you – you are whole and complete just as you are. Happiness or other positive feelings cannot be found through external means; it must come from within. Your feelings come from you. We are like a powerplant our energy is created inside of us.


Once you truly grasp this concept on a deep, visceral level, rather than just intellectually agreeing with it, you will begin to see the world in a whole new light.


Embrace your inner strength and self-worth, and you will find the confidence and happiness you seek.
